Located in a prime location on the corner of Al Tahlia Street, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia the development will offer exquisite culinary offers and all other elements found in a modern metropolis, and unlike any found in the city.

The design intent is to utilize lighting to help create a comfortable environment with a warm and inviting feel, without overpowering the space.

The general lighting design will be contemporary and functional. For the facade lighting we aim to emphasize the texture and form of the building. The lighting design approach for the landscape spaces will be low level lighting, consisting mostly of lighting fixtures concealed into architectural details, planters and steps.
